How do I get port royal and fire strike to use my 2nd 3090ti?
Yes SLI is enabled and yes gync is turned off.

Make sure everything in 3dmark is up to date. Maybe reinstall the system information thing. It can be done. There's plenty of people with 3090 Ti SLI scores

This is why SLI died. It comes with a whole suite of bugs, abnormalities and quirks all it’s own. It’s unfortunate Nvidia and AMD let multi GPU setups off to die. We all knew it was a death sentence when they announced there would be no more profiles and it will be left to the developers to implement multi GPU support.
Now Nvidia just seems to like to puppet SLI’s corpse around as a vestige of its former self in some demented mockery of what once was.

Same here!! Short time for me on 2080ti sli for kicks. Edit naw.. that was 1080ti sli.. before building a system for my son and using the 2nd for his.

Did you try some gpu drivers from 6 months ago? If no, try that to see if they produce the same issue.

Bulls eye, SLI died because was too complicated, needed too many stars to be aligned in order to have questionable and poor score/image quality gain. Long time ago I owned EVGA GX2 card with two GPUs and shared vram but still had too much hick ups and poor games SLI support. Trashing money on second 3090ti is just beating a dead horse and ridiculous even for biggest enthusiast. Dear OP, build a second rig, or sell your second 3090ti card, SLI is just not worth a combo of frustration and failed expectations. Cheers!

I used afterburner yes they were linked I’ve ran sli on many setups never had issues actually.
