0xD1 = QPI/VTT, increase/decrease as necessary, can also be unstable Ram, raise Ram voltage

not to mention, should i really be needing to increase/decrease any voltages at stock settings? doesnt that mean something is defective ? would much rather rma while its new and under warranty

What did the Asus Forums tell you about this issue?
Have you checked your memory "one Chip at a time" for issues?
What are you running your Ram at?
