One last thing. Download and run the Microsoft DirectX web installer
Here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
 
After the program runs and checks your DirectX, run the benchmark again...
 
If the same error appears, then its time to call EVGA's free 24/7 TechSupport line.
Its time to RMA the card
