Hello everyone, i really could use some ideas right now.
I'm using 2x 1200w Akasa power extreme to power my rig, channeling 2x 8-pin pci-e connector to the srx pci power port. No matter the way i set the power to gpus/board it causes a blank screen (but the rest of the cpu keep going some seconds more) after some minutes of heavy load. I just bought the second akasa 1200 psu some days ago because i thought an old 700w ocz was to blame for all for this (seems that i was wrong). Any ideas are welcome.
Thank You for your time.
Ginio
PS: it seems to be bios independant problem (since i got the same results with the 3 latest bios version) & it all started after my nº1 bios were irreparably broken in the beginning of august since then i'm using bios nº2.

    Welcome Ginio
    • First try removing your sound card and observe the system, if nothing changes you can add it back in.
    • Test your 780 Ti's independently and observe if any one of them will allow the system to work normally.
    • Disable one of the CPU's, test and then repeat for the other one.

Let us know what you see and we can look at what else to try from there.  It also wouldn't hurt to examine the board physically for any burnt components.

Hi Erik thank you for your fast reply. I did as you told me and tested both processor as single processor the problem continues with each one. The sound card made no difference. But, the sli seems to be the problem as each card worked flawlessly as a single card but when i set the SLI the problems start . I got some more info about this: when i wrote the topic i was using PCIe-1: 780 ti, Pcie-4: Sound Card, Pcie-5: 780ti, when i started the test i found this article about sr-x pci lanes (): , then i tried pcie-2: sound card, pcie-3: 780ti, pcie-5:780ti, i got a BSOD the moment a enabled SLI on windows (it damaged my nvidia drivers i just finished a clean reinstall the problem CONTINUE. BUT it change something as the fan of the 780 ti on pcie-3 didnt gone 100% after crash (it goes 100% if i use pci-e 1 and 5 for SLI). I'm thinking it´s someway SLI related problem: Could you give me a hint on how to setup this?
How would you setup the 2 780ti for 16xgen 3 SLI and a sound card?  at the moment i'm using pcie-1:780 ti, pcie-3: 780 ti, pcie7: sound card. For the POWER i'm using this: PSU1: Mobo 24 pin, proc 1, 2, 780 ti-1, and 2x 8-pin pcie power for onboard pci power, PSU2: 780 ti-2, fans, hds (no sata, simple hdd and two ssd (one for slack, one for windows)). How should be the chipset bios options for this set? PCH voltage or Power Freq are related to this?
By the way i think i got my position 1 bios damaged by elilo uefi menu entry but not sure.
Again thank you for your time. any other help will be appreciated.
Sorry for the bad english it is not my first language.
    Good weekend.

I've asked EVGA as to what contact point you should use as I'm not sure myself.

    Good morning,

The SRX is covered under the global warranty, so regardless of were it was purchased you will have up to a three year warranty. We do offer support for our Latam customer and would just recommend emailing support@evga.com. P
