Hi, since last month my Graphics card have been artifacting (see attached), I've tried the following:
- Changed PSU
- Changed PSU cables
- DDU and reinstall
- re-inserted card
Previously, I got a new version of VBIOS from support after asking about another issue back at: https://forums.evga.com/EVGA-precision-cannot-change-the-fan-speed-of-my-RTX-2080-TI-Black-m3483167.aspx
Could that be the cause of this?

And this happens after the PC restarts, which goes back to normal once I reboot again

While VBIOS change can cause weird issues it seems your card was behaving fishy even before that. Was your card under warranty when this first started and you reached out to EVGA? If yes I would call them and continue working with them, see if they will RMA it.

If it's still under warranty it's time for an RMA. That one is toast.

If out of warranty try baking the card in an oven. No I’m not joking. 😎

Look at the graphics card troubleshooting faq on the forums for details on baking the card.

+1 on baking the card. It wouldn't hurt an already broken card. Just mind the temp.
