Hey Community!

While this is indeed considered resolved, there are a few assurances and positives. Info is still coming in but I wanted to drop it while it was hot.
1. The barbed fittings are metal so there should be no concern with them breaking under normal use and handling.
2. We do leak testing on every single cooler -- 100% of each and every production run.
2a. You all may not know this... But our leak testing consists of Helium Integrity Testing to ensure each individual cooler is virtually immune to leak. We fill each cooler with helium and assess leakage. If helium does no leak out then liquid within will not leak since a water molecule is larger than a helium molecule.

Not to derail this thread and if you don't mind Sajin but I would like to ask the Asetek rep, what's going on with some people having noisy AIO pumps on their Hybrid GPUs?  The previous generation pumps were pretty much silent.  Was there a change or low levels of fluid?

Can you please point me to which complaints specifically you are referring to? I know EVGA addressed a couple of these. I will try to find the threads.

Can you tell me what specifically is the half-try product or issue you are talking about?

Well, there is a lot of topics here about noisy pump on 2080ti / even kingpin.
for example, topic and "sollution":
https://forums.evga.com/ADVICE-RTX-2080-Ti-FTW3-Ultra-Hybrid-PUMP-NOISE-Options-m2992549.aspx
plus original noise vs reduced:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8PvPTQe0cbM
(mic is near chassis; when fans go silent - the only noise stays is pump; on this video I went town to 50%, but I can turn it down to 30%, while starting voltage is around 57-60%)

"An original idea. That can't be too hard. The library must be full of them."

Both styles are normal. The one that is set back further was part of a newer change to reduce the (although small) possibility of the sleeving on the tube to "fray"

Well, from a design standpoint they shouldn't do things that look terrifying.
