Not for me.. I'm logged in, but hitting auto-notify still brings up a box to enter my first name, last name, and email address.

I just picked up one of these from a store called Gigaparts online at a very reasonable price.
 
I was a bit leery at first since I'd never heard of them - but GPU came in perfect shape, still sealed (so nothing dodgy going on).  Installed it, registered it with eVga for warrant- had no issues - and up and running!

Ordered two cards from Gigaparts. Also spoke to their online chat agent. So far so good. I will wait for the cards. It was a nice price $1,009.39 per card including tax and shipping, cheaper than what you pay to EVGA directly due to shipping and tax.

I had a 2080 Blower that I thought was a good choice because it was going in a 4U rack case and I got it for a reasonable price at the time.  It's REALLY loud if you want to run it anywhere below 80C, which was 70% fans at 100% power limit. 70-100% fan is LOUD.  I did pull a 11,300 gpu score on Timespy overclocked, once, but most of the time it would crash out of timespy with any amount of overclock, and occasionally on stock settings (10k or so score).  Did not have enough grunt for me with a 4k60hz display.  Non-A chip with Micron memory.  Never checked the TIM.
 
Used step up to trade up to a 2080 Ti XC Gaming, which has been much stronger and more stable, A-chip with Samsung memory.  Most people pan the 2-slot coolers, but mine does just fine, 60C or so and usable volume at 90% fans, much better than the blower.  I can't imagine using a 2080Ti blower anywhere aside from a dedicated server room with a bunch of other REALLY loud equipment, nor would I expect any strong overclocks from it.  
 
If you have to have 2 cards for SLI, I'd say get hybrids, or even just 2-slot coolers with 3 slot spacing as long as you have good front intake fans and good rear venting.

More updates on my order from Gigaparts. The 2 cards arrived today. Also added 32GB more RAM (total now 64GB), 4TB WD Black ( already had 1 nvme, 2 SSDs ). I have TR 1950. My 1000W PSU is able hold the load so far. Need to push the GPUs further. I am glad to purchase from Gigaparts, saved $90 per card.
 
I am also happy to make the decision to go for the blower version, the kind of heat they are generating, if pushed back to the inside of the case, then all the components will be very very hot. My current system temp when both the GPUs are working at 70% load is 48C ( same for CPU) which is not bad. I can add 2 more cards later if needed. The 2080 Ti Blower card is not noisy as per my standard. 
 
GPU Temp is between 70C-85C under load with 70% fan.

I'm happy with mine. 
 
Noise was never going to be an issue for me as I have a powerful fan sitting next to my desk to keep me cool (I suffer from the Texas heat!) which makes a lot more racket than any GPU blower could possibly put out:)
