Hey EVGA is this a joke? Did EVGA really change the price of the GTX 1080Ti FTW3 from 849€ to 889€ in the EU? Change the price before you even deliver a single card...This are almost 1000$. You let the people wait with the Elite Cards and in the meantime you push the price of the normal cards.

There was a preorder discount in the US. Maybe it was the same in europe.

Just to clarify again....So what is the verdict on the game bundle for the people like me that pre-ordered cards with ship days of May 1st or later? I see that Nvidia's promo ends this month, and EVGA pulled the games ForHonor/Wildlands from their bundled products. I think we are all Out Of Luck but I hope I am wrong

Simon Belmont Hearing there might be Volta 20 series coming Q3 2017 If true I might cancel my sons FTW3 preorder and wait for Volta instead. EVGA you took too long to release.
This kind of post is just too much.. What the hell are you talking about? There are hardly any graphics cards on the market that cover all pre-orders from the other manufacturers either. lol one month to long??? I'm sure EVGA has reasons why it took time but you might want an unstable graphics card. Do as you want who cares, there's no one here that prevents you from buying a card from another manufacturer
Don't really care what you think Damn right I'll do what I want. Who the hell are you telling me what I can or can not do. bug off

All I know is a few popped up on Newegg a few minutes ago that qualified for the game so I preordered a second one and canceled my first. Funny thing was the ETA was listed as a day earlier than my original preorder... I'd say try to do the same if you can. Edit: I should clarify that at the time of this posting the pre order option is not showing on newegg. came and went fast...

So what is the point in buying a GPU from EVGA's shop, when any other shop is cheaper? Of corse they have no information about delivery...but EVGA doesn't have it anyway. I would pay 20€ less in the EVGA shop before, compared to other shops. Now I would pay 20€ more. The price from other shops is likely the same, as what the Elit cards would be before. And of corse the Elit version is going to cost again at least 30€ more, so it will break in the 1.000$ barrier here in Europe. This is so ridiculous EVGA, seriously. Any other brand already has its cards on the market with much higher clock speed AND at least 50€ cheaper. A lot of people probably cancelled the FTW3 for 849€ just like me, after EVGA announced the Elit Version. Now these people need to wait even longer AND pay at least 40€ more for the normal version.

Well I had a line with 'Tracking Number' on the EU version of the website, but not on the US version... and I've seen that my order has been shipped on the US website, but the EU version has a certificate error since yesterday and chrome marks it as unsecure...

Why are EVGA so lacklustre when it comes to communicating the status of their orders? My own GTX 1080 Ti SC2, which was ordered back in March, has changed to Completed and Shipped after I completed the payment request following the email earlier on this week but I've yet to receive any kind of email confirmation that it is on its way or even a tracking number! As such I have absolutely no idea when this card will arrive although it looks very much like it won't be while next week anyway (but that's just a guess as nowhere in my Order History does it state a delivery date not even an estimated one!!!). C'mon, EVGA... in this date of automated emails how difficult is it really to confirm the order status at each stage and keep your paying customers informed? (And, yes, I have checked my spam quarantine.) As if that wasn't bad enough, every time I connect to eu.evga.com I get a security certificate warning that the site is dangerous due to a mismatch. That is worrying considering the ONLY way I can check on my order is via the EU site (I live in the UK). I get this warning even if I select the US site first (which doesn't give a warning by the way) then change the region to EU. This issue has only happened in the last week to my knowledge. This issue occurs on both my iPad and PC and across all the browsers I've tried: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari (the latter on my iPad only). Not exactly the sort of thing you expect or want to see when you are having to go to the site to make a payment!!!

Yeah that's what I was saying on the message above, I know there was a Tracking number line ONLY on the EU website, but it's not accessible since yesterday. And yeah no email when order changes status is not cool :/

The only reason I know my GTX 1080 Ti SC2 has shipped is because my Order History says so. Otherwise I have had absolutely no communication from EVGA at all since they requested payment on Wednesday. I can only assume that my card won't come until next week but I hope they let us know what date. I kind of wish it was DPD delivering though because they at least let you know the time slot of delivery to within an hour which is great if you are having to ask someone to wait in on your behalf.

Well I can still access the EU site, despite the certificate warning, and I'm already logged in but I cannot see any mention of a Tracking Number field on my order. There's Order ID, Order Date, Shipping Method, Order Status (Order is complete) and Payment. There's another box further down that states that the "order has shipped". However, there's no tracking number not even on the Printer Friendly Invoice link. I suspect that may be because it isn't actually with the courier yet but it's anybody's guess at this point since EVGA clearly don't believe in communicating to their customers!

I thought I was the only one having this issue. Chrome and your EU site isn't working? Or was this done on purpose to stop UK/EU members from finding info on there preorder? Not happy at all. No info on whats going on at all? First I had to wait 3 months for my 1080 when first released and now it's happening again with the 1080Ti. No offence EVGA, but I think this will be my last card from you.

It looks more like a configuration problem on their end, certificate configuration not done properly or something like that, but it could also being hijacked. In any case I'm not accessing a website with a compromised certificate :/

It's absolutely disgusting in my opinion that EVGA have given no communication whatsoever since my order (supposedly) shipped yesterday. I got more feedback from them when I returned my faulty GTX 1080 FTW (black screen/100% fan issue) last October for a replacement. I certainly won't be ordering anything direct from them in future. There's no excuse for not keeping your customers informed via automated email. I wouldn't even know my card had even shipped if not for looking at my account! If it's not incompetence then it is downright disrespectful IMO.
Where is my tracking number? Where is my delivery date? Where is my confirmation that the card has actually been shipped?

Or there is an error that EVGA needs to corrected.. you know, because that happens too.. I have sent up a request to look into the automated shippig information to see if the system has an error that is keeping it from working.

Thx for that. As it stands it's pretty annoying not knowing when it might show up.

100% completely understand. Hopefully it is just a glitch that they can fix. The office opens in about 20 minutes, so hopefully they see the email soon.

I want that FTW3 Elite White so bad, but I need a FTW3 by a certain date for some projects so I snagged a silver/standard one form newegg with the games. If I can snag an Elite by May 11 then we're gravy.

For EU tracking, I asked for my tracking number via the live chat (bottom right in the member area on the US site). You just have to provide your order number and they should give you the tracking details. FWIW, mine is shipped through DPD and currently in transit.

Ill give this a try. Edit: This totally worked! They were able to get me my tracking number immediately, mine is also shipped with DPD.

For EU customers, I was just told that they are getting shipping information out. If anyone else is having issues, please send an email to support@evga.com and they can help you out.

I ordered my card as soon as they came up. On Wednesday I called EVGA and they said my card was close to being shipped and was going to be shipped within the week. It's now friday, it's been five days. Nothing. :\
