For EU tracking, I asked for my tracking number via the live chat (bottom right in the member area on the US site).
You just have to provide your order number and they should give you the tracking details.

FWIW, mine is shipped through DPD and currently in transit.

Ah DPD, that's good then because they give delivery times to the hour which I like. Hopefully mine will be delivered by DPD. Just wish I had my tracking number...

Thank you most kindly for that although I had to Google "EVGA live chat" as I couldn't see what you were referring to otherwise.

I managed to speak with someone immediately (a real surprise!) and he gave me the tracking number (for DPD), which shows my parcel is on its way although no delivery date is shown yet. I suspect it will be next week now as I believe DPD do not deliver parcels over the weekend. Still, I should know the hour and date they will deliver which is better than if had been, say, UPS delivering. I'm pleased about that at least. Not at all happy with the EU site though; if there's a problem with the site not sending out emails automatically then it should have been sorted by now as the issue has been there since Wednesday afternoon. Also, the tracking number SHOULD be shown on the order so I don't why it isn't. That I had to ask the US site for it is a tad embarrassing really. Oh well, these things happen, I guess.

P.S. I even got a reply with the tracking number within 15 minutes from emailing support@evga.com. Great stuff.

Good to see that they've started sending (automated) emails with the tracking details for EU orders.

That is true. Thankfully the wait for current pre-orders should not be very long

Anyone in US not receiving tracking updates?  I got my tracking number on Tuesday, 4/18 and it shows a departure from CA on that date.  No updates since then and scheduled delivery is tomorrow on the east coast.

I am currently tracking my order via the DPD website using the number provided by EVGA US last week and it shows the following: "We've received your order details, and we're expecting your parcel shortly"

The additional information below only shows this:
"21 Apr 2017 16:20 Your parcel is on its way"

There is no delivery date so does this mean the parcel has NOT yet been received by DPD? I was expecting it to be delivered today but there has been no further update to the tracking since last Friday (21st).

I'm not particularly bothered if it isn't; it's just that I am having to arrange for someone to wait in so I wanted to be clear on what the DPD site is telling me.

P.S. I have also contacted EVGA EU by email but I thought I'd try asking here as well in the hope that I get a quicker response.

I'm not sure what the latest status is for your parcel, but if it already says something similar to "Received by DPD..." then I'm afraid EVGA can't do anything and your best bet is to contact DPD instead.

Thanks d uostyle. Looks like DPD have not yet received my card so the reference to Oldbury (in the UK) on Friday is somewhat confusing. Will just have to keep checking but I expect it would be sent out until tomorrow at the earliest as there's no change as of 9:50am today.

*EDIT*
DPD have just replied and confirmed that the mention of Oldbury is just in respect of delivery instructions and that they have not yet received my parcel hence why the status hasn't changed over the weekend. Hopefully they will receive it over the next 24 hours for delivery before Wednesday.

So I pre ordered my FTW3 on the 30 Mar, and other than the confirmation email, I've not had anything from EVGA yet. I've been visiting the site and reading all the posts in the forum, and it looks as though the EU FTW3 orders are going through, but will be early May at the earliest.
Scan UK are expecting stock on the 12th, so as a pre order I would expect my card to be here on or before that date?

After 3 weeks EVGA is still not able to tell us something about the Elite Cards, so a 1080Ti Kingping is probably not coming soon.

Got my SC Black today.  The new foam packaging is very nice, and it's so much more compact overall.  The plastic shell was quite annoying in the past.  Card is hefty, and it looks pretty good overall.  I'm at work, so I won't be able to test the card until sometime later tonight.  With my poor luck with electronics this past year I hope I don't get jinxed.

Since a lot of folks are in complaint mode, I'm going to offer up some complaints.
  • The cardboard box is dookie brown.
  • The resolution of the EVGA logo on the shipping label is terrible.  In this day and age it should have higher DPI, especially when shipping a high end card capable of 5k resolution or higher.
  • What's up with the "eco" air bubble packing?  It needs to be "EVGA" branded to instill confidence that my expensive product is well protected.  "eco" means cheap.
  • UPS was not timely, and I blame EVGA for lack of updates.  I spent 4 hours at work this morning refreshing the UPS page for delivery confirmation.  EVGA needs to stay on top of this, and I demand compensation for lost productivity at work.
