Here's some better advice - get a Jeep Wrangler. They're too slow to ever get you in trouble with the law, but they're SO much more fun than any performance car.

And other Jeep people don't judge you for how capable/incapable your rig is compared to theirs, like performance enthusiasts do.

Gaming Rig:
Corsair Vegeance C70, Swiftech H220, Intel i7-3770K @ 4.5GHz (1.24V), Asus Sabertooth Z77, Corsair AX860, 16GB Corsair Vegeance DDR3-1600 CL9 1.35V, EVGA GTX 670 FTW, SanDisk Extreme 240GB SSD, Dell 2408WFP, Corsair K70 Cherry Red, Corsair M65, Logitech Z-5500 5.1
Steambox/HTPC:
Lian Li PC-Q01A, AMD A10-7800, ASRock FM2A88X-ITX, Seasonic ST30SF, 8GB Samsung DDR3-1600 @ 1866, Samsung 840 Evo 250GB MSATA SSD

Another thing is, The airbag deployed on my side, But on the passenger side it's defective.

It destroyed my glove compartment, But didn't actually deploy...

Woah, that could've been bad.

I'd take the car to the dealership where you bought it from and tell them to completely fix everything on your car at no charge or you will go on a public blitz of their faulty air bag and notify NHSTA and IIHS.

If I do that, I'd probably just make them repair the airbags and that's it... I'm getting the outside fixed already anyways.

Edit: Can I take it to any ford dealer?

I am sure you could. But I would take it to the one you bought it from first, so it can kind of give you that up hand leverage. You should defentily try to make them fix the airbags at least. Depending where the airbag is, it can cost more than $1,400 to fix airbags. Especially if its airbags in your seats because if those airbags deploy generally means you may need new seats after. So since you got the parts for your car, is your uncle going to also paint the car as well?

That's a BIG no no (air bag issue). I should have added you will be seeing an attorney about it too. The price to fix everything on your car is a drop in the bucket compared to what you can do with this.

Air bags are a unit. Really cant be fixed. All the ones i have pulled have been a single unit pre packed and everything. Gotta be really careful or they can deploy being pulled. Which is not fun. The units themselves are expensive.

Also there is a recall on the 2008 mustangs for air bag issues. The takata bags

Agreed. You need to be very careful with airbags. All of these recalls have you in a unique position. Take it to another dealer. Reach out to Ford corporate and file a complaint.

Yep, I was about the post that article Arctic.

Two street racing spectators killed in Los Angeles: LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - An out-of-control car in an illegal street race struck and killed two spectators and badly wounded a third person in Los Angeles early on Thursday, and the driver later fled the scene, Southern California media reported.
Television news footage showed several tire marks on a street in the suburban San Fernando Valley section of the city where the bystanders were struck.
"There are preliminary indications it was street racing," Los Angeles police Captain John McMahon told local television station KTLA. "This is something that's publicized as glamorous entertainment but street racing is criminal, it's deadly and often results in fatalities and serious injuries."
KTLA and local television station KABC, citing police, reported that three spectators at the race were struck by a Ford Mustang and that two of the people died and another was badly hurt.
The driver of the Mustang left the scene, abandoning the vehicle on the sidewalk, and another motorist in the fatal race drove away, local media reported.
Los Angeles police spokeswoman Rosario Herrera confirmed that two people died when they were struck by a vehicle traveling at high speed, but she could not immediately say if their deaths involved street racing.

Disconnecting the battery and you should have no worries of the air bag deploying.

Rush, get that car to the dealer or a lawyer. That's unexceptionable and Ford owes you on this one.

I'm taking the advice you guys gave me, I'm OMW to a 2nd dealership now.

The first one said to let the insurance take care of it, I'm sure that's just to save their asses... ima talk to the person in charge of this other dealership and if they deny any repairs, I'm going to look for a lawyer.

Thanks!

Call Ford 1-800-392-3673, give them one last time to make things right. If they don't settle this for you, tell them it's lawyer time and reports to NHSTA and IIHS. I would also toss in the abs system not working properly and that will be reported too. Didn't you also mention your buddy riding in the seat sustained injuries because the air bag didn't deploy properly?

They don't want this headache and would be much cheaper for them to accommodate you request.

I had a buddy that forced GM to put a whole new motor in his car with just an arbitrary setting.

But these issues can be fixed at any Ford dealership.

I bought a used truck from a very LARGE Ford dealership here in KC. Turned out the truck had been in a major accident, which the dealership knew about and failed to tell me about it. I went to ask them to take the truck back and give me my money back after I found out. They told me to go (you know what yourself). My lawyer not only got my entire purchase price back, I also got to keep the truck lol. Traded it in on a new truck, with full disclosure that it had been wrecked.

Of course it can, they will have to order the module. This would have been part of the insurance to begin with.
