Question for y’all. Looking at used RTX 30 series GPUs being sold and shipped by Amazon Warehouse, and wanted to know what type of warranty they come with? Since Amazon has a 30-day return period on new items, the previous owner didn’t own it for long, unless, of course, it was bought and returned multiple times.

    It's always worth a call to support to make sure it's treated as new and nothing has changed but as Sajin pointed out in the past it was treated as a new card.

    Just to confirm, as long as we shipped it to Amazon and it's purchased from Amazon, you would be considered the original owner with a full warranty from the date of purchase. Give us a call or email with the serial number once you get it and we can confirm it for you!

    That's awesome! I've heard nothing but great things about EVGA customer service from reading around the web, and this is THE main reason I prefer to buy an EVGA GPU. There are cheaper options from other brands, but I prefer to buy from an American company. One where customer support can easily be reached if I have an issue.
     
    As of now, the GPU I was interested in has been sold. But I'll certainly keep and eye out. Got a wish list I frequently check. Planning a new build before year's end.
