Well the points are gone, it seems like mark as useful,is gone too, well I'm happy if everyone else is. really didn't see it as that big of a deal, but applaud, the Mods for trying to appease. Never mind I see the mark helpfull is only available if you created the thread.

Why get rid of the ratings but leave the score counter in the profiles? Sure it got abused, but it helped weed out useless posts from the useful ones.

One other thing for you guys to help with. If you don't feel comfortable or want to take a few seconds to report a post for a BR, please mark a BR worthy post as helpful, in the post. That way we also see threads where people feel that a member has helped them.

I too hope that gets put back. We want to know how and where we helped out. We might have missed it otherwise. Want to make a mental note of it, etc.

This is something we will be working on with the 3.8 upgrade.
Unfortunately it will not be retroactive, but you will see where all BR's are coming from once the upgrade happens and on.
