if you have the money you should check out EKWB site use their configurator for your gpu(I think you get the 780ti waterblock) that's what I did and put it on an aio360 predator I also believe now they offer for a fee to prefill the gpu block with aqdc for you.My classy stays in the low to mid 30c

NP, you have a 1 in 20 chance of getting everything for free which is nice and a chance to win that MSI GTX-1080 Sea Hawk EK video board. I wanted different parts than what they wanted me to buy and I couldn't change the selection. I wanted a 360 rad instead of a 240 rad and I wanted a bigger reservoir/pump combo. Oh well!

I would stay away from the Kraken G10, and the Corsair HG10 N980. The Kraken doesnt cool the VRM's, and the Corsair 'bends' the video card.
The 980TI will work with the EVGA hybrid kit number 400-HY-0996-B1, and is by far the best solution (besides a full water block and custom loop system of course).

I hear those EK kits are very nice.

That one doesn't cool the VRMs on the 980 Ti Classified either as the Classified doesn't have a reference blower fan.

One can easily get some $12 VRM heatsinks and slap them on and use the Kraken G10 AND have your VRMs cooled.

I just heard from an EKWB rep, unfortunately they do not offer the prefilled qdc for the 780 waterblock that fits the 980ti classified

If I look in the webshop, you can still use the pre-filled option.  Who told you that?

Last Thursday I think it was I emailed EK support to see if the 360 Predator would cool 2 overclocked 980ti classifieds as I was thinking of watercooling my 2nd classy (I never did get an answer for that question) but when I placed the order I never got the option to add the prefilled qdc to the waterblock.I mention that in my email the rep ( I only know their first name I don't know if it would be ok to post it here so I wont)
referred my problem to main office I got email this morning stating the qdc is not available for that waterblock

I will try to have some infos about that since it's still possible to add it to your cart with the pre-filled option.

Ok! I already got an answer back!

Here's the reply

Hey Luc

Pre-fill is available for the last two generations of cards, so it is available for this block.
It is not available for the 780 blocks, but since this block is for the 980ti as well, pre-fill is available for it.

Have fun…

So the person who informed you was probably mistaken by the fact that it was a 700-series block.  But since it's still used for the 980Ti Classy, the option is still there.

buy this card, take the water block off (it fits your card) and then sell the card. The evga 780TI classified waterblocks fit the 980ti classified cards....I have 2 of them.
