670 FTW complete freeze when folding

Hi,
I have a 670 FTW card, 80.04.5C BIOS, latest nvidia drivers (344.11), Windows 8.1. I used to fold, then stopped then started again. Thing is I am now experiencing complete PC freezes (meaning cursor feezes, everything on screen, only reset fixes it). Card is at stock settings. Problem only happens when I GPU fold, games are OK.
 
Nothing else changed. Not a PSU problem, as it's ample (Corsair AX1200i). Any ideas?

    Rolled back to 327.23 and so far so good... JW
