Got it yesterday, well ventilated case (11 fans), running FurMark stable over 1 hour. Mostly stays on 2085 core, with very rare dips to 2070.

I have 3 140mm (top) and 1 120mm (top-rear) exhaust fans. However, only the 3 intake fans from my 360mm AIO. I'm seriously debating getting the Lian Li O11 Air case (or better) to prepare for this FTW3 3090 card. I currently run a 2080Ti XC ultra and it peaks at 80c under max stress, only about 1 or 2c cooler with side panel off. With typical usage it sticks around 76c. That is with a 130% power limit though, so I'm wondering how this card will compare. Most likely I'm going to actually need to upgrade my case, huh? Cuz I think this FTW3 3090 is probably 100+ more watts of heat to dissipate...

In the new GeForce Experience's performance overlay, it shows the card draws about 380W. These are my current settings, btw (didn't bother with memory overclock so far):

Jacob when do you think I will be possible to buy 3090. I get it we have to wait and be lucky but could you make exceptions like some sort of invite for us members. My wife is going to be soo mad if I don’t get one at the point she is ready to call you personally. Your thoughts?

Hmmm very cool. Seems like the card can clock well as long as you keep it off the power limit, with a lighter load. I have little experience with furmark so take my comments with a grain of salt: - The FPS seems low, when I run it on my 2080 Ti at 2560x1920 8x MSAA, 2130mhz @ 1.068v, I'm pulling about 300-310w and getting about 82-86 FPS. Edge of stability. Am I somehow running easier settings to get a higher FPS? - When I run 0x MSAA 2560x1920 my power draw goes to max, clocks are about 1845mhz and 290 FPS. Also edge of stability. I would consider this a much heavier load since it's riding the power limit and not clocking high. What kind of behavior does the 3090 exhibit with 0x MSAA? - When I run a P1080 setting bench, my score is a couple percent behind the one P1080 3090 score up on the score page right now, like 15.9k vs 15.6k. About 1920mhz and on the power limit. Does anyone have any stronger 3090 scores? Thoughts?

For 1080p bench, I get ~310 FPS (18572 score). For 1440p bench, it's ~216 FPS (12958 score). What's weird, neither of these 2 tests got GPU's core higher than 1700, so I'm not sure what's going on. If I disable MSAA, stress test's FPS is 80-100, depending on selected resolution. P.S. Please don't make fun of my cpu - waiting for AMD's announcement next month. Wait till I tell you that it's currently with its stock cooler :P P.P.S I probably need to read forum's rules, but can't post links.

The benches look great. Seems like it really loads up the card. About 20% ahead of my card is typical for a 1080p bench, but cpu could be a factor. I think you might be cpu bottlenecked if the 0x MSAA 2560x1920 is only getting up to 100 fps, but who knows. Furmark was originally written and designed to maximise the use of the ALU's inside of the GPU cores. Its specifically written to maximise the workload done with as few stalls as possible. As such its one of the few programs that actually really fills the GPUs pipeline of work up and keeps the ALUs running full time for almost every cycle. As a result its usage of the GPU is much higher than the average program that can not utilise the ALUs fully as they take branches (slow) or do calculations not designed around maximising the hardware usage. The companies called it a power hog but they initially complained about it because it had the ability to actually break their hardware. Neither Nvidia nor AMD had designed their cards to throttle and protect themselves against an efficient GPU program like furmark's and as a result the hardware could be damaged. They both put in a software solution. Nowadays they continue to claim its just a power virus, but the reality is its one of the most efficient uses of a GPU you will find and this just means that if you push to the theoretical throughput of the GPU it will actually throttle because its not capable of sustaining that level of performance.

Case fans - around 1500 RPM, GPU's fans - around 60%. enewt How long did it take you to pull those numbers? Nice work.
I did "VG Curve Tuner" scan, it recommended +110 core, and maybe 30 minutes afterwards? What's a bit sad is that RDR2 doesn't seem to want to work with those frequencies... And in the evening, when the room is heated up, GPU starts to throttle down to 1920-1950. Will put a water block on it when they become available.

I am not sure if I did anything incorrect, but seems like these configurations are pretty reproducible. I am getting 2.1G on air but with a open-frame chassis.

Impressive. Mine won't OC above +125 GPU and + 800 memory without crashing in Port Royal. Once it hits about 2100mhz it crashes ever single time. It's odd because I'm only the 13k's for a score while others are well into 14k's but much closer in Time Spy Extreme with similar configs.

Yeah, Port Royal (and games) are different beasts. It's slightly better with the new GeForce driver, but I also can't get above +110 core in benchmarks and +90 in RDR2. Still wondering if it gets better with a water block.

What am I doing wrong on the OC? I hit Scan, after about 3 minutes it just highlights fail. Same Card. 3090 FTW3 Ultra. However, using NVIDA's Performance overlay, mine sticks to around 2050-2025 during game play for 5+ hrs straight. I havent seen it hit 60c yet. Hovers 58-59.
