3090 and cyberpunk anyone get 60 fps on high quality ?

2014 card and I assume Taiwan? Not 100% sure since I already have it back in its original packaging while I wait for support to get me a ticket number so I can begin RMA cross ship process.  That said it was purchased in late october and was rock solid up until it black screened and died today. 

I have got an "2012-China-model" with red lips running on all-default settings in normal mode. Upgraded to EVGA Precision X1_1.1.4.0 this evening and a firmware-update ran. I have got the card since 12/03/2020 now and it is running flawlessly. The BIOS is out-of-the box / not flashed 94.02.26.48.F7. Besides: how to display the Firmware-Version? GPU-Z does not have such feature.

Just received my RMA 3090 today (black lips, 2014 serial number) after my red lipped, 2014 got the RLOD after 3 days. 
I'm planning to install it tomorrow and hope for the best.

I've been getting 80-100fps with a mixture of dsr and dlss. Ultra - Psycho Ray tracing on 3840 x 2160 ( DSR 4.00 1080p monitor ) DLSS Ultra Performance Mode. 
My card runs around 390 - 420w on these settings. 500w Bios but doesn't work. Taiwan 2014 card.

I've had my 3090 since the 5/12/2020 with black lips and so far so good. Only thing that is annoying is the drivers and watching videos online, the 1st time my screen went black I thought the card died and then it came back after 5 secs. So i looked up and low and behold Nvidia drivers are the cause /sigh I'm running 457.51 and i get the odd black screen while watching YT, so far this version is the one the least does it, and the 460 was doing it non stop.

My 3090 FTW Ultra Gaming died this evening with this fault after about 21 days. Just watching Youtube videos for the day, fans go to 100%, black screen, reboot, red light over one of the PCIE ports.
 
2014 serial (if that counts for anything)

Day 55 on my 3rd 3090 FTW3 Ultra.
Still haven't overclocked. Card is experiencing no issues.
Had a lot of time over the holidays so I finished CP2077 @ ~80 hours clocked.
Currently about 40 hours into RDR2. Both games are extremely heavy and sit around 95-98% usage non-stop and have a draw of ~350 watts.
 
As a side note: Red Dead 2 crashes every ~30 minutes if using newest Nvidia drivers 460.89
Using driver 460.79 produces no crashing.
 
Maybe my problems are over. Which would mean that I really was unlucky enough to get 2 faulty cards in a row. 
(And my brother also got one faulty card). 
 
There is essentially only speculation when it comes to these things, forums like this are way more likely to inspire people with problems to post than those without. Companies like EVGA would never allow you to tinker with it and flash experimental bios' and STILL warranty their product unless they were pretty sure the card was capable of protecting itself. So even if there was a component in a system that the card doesn't like, it should not be killing cards. Reports are the AIB partners weren't given a lot of time to develop and test these things, could have resulted in larger than normal fallout. Without official comment that's the best I can come up with.

Day 4 cyberpunk on my second 3090 I’ve got it overclockEd on the core at +85 and +200 on memory it’s the 2012 black lip version.
