I have 3080 ti FTW ultra in a case with good airflow but it runs very hot 43 idle and reach 83 when gaming then thermal throttle and Draw 400 W the card is in default settings . When I try bench marks tests like 3d mark time spy I get very low graphic score 15800. I tried to contact support multiple times but no one reached out to me my card is still under warranty

Looks like your cpu isn’t running at full speed. You should be getting around 7900 on just the cpu with your cpu at stock settings. Make sure your windows power plan is on high performance mode. With your cpu and gpu combo your gpu should be getting around 18.5k on the gpu alone. The 8700k slightly bottlenecks the cpu in time spy, so a faster cpu such as a 5900x along with your gpu would get you a 20k gpu score, and a 15k cpu score.

The cpu is overclocked to 4300 windows in high performance mode and g sync is off . So cpu affect the graphics score I thought its only affect the overall score.
And about the temp are you sure its not thermal pad problem or thermal paste I have three intake fans directly under the card and the card is not overclocked 83 is too much when I see people play in 65C with the same card

We have no idea what your case set up is. 3 intake fans don't help much if you only have one 120 mm fan for exhaust. GPU's for the last several generations have been designed to operate at default at 80-82C. This is normal. If you have a large air cooler for your CPU in your case, that is also going to affect your GPU temps.

The cpu does affect the gpu score as well as the total score. You’re pairing a 2017 cpu with a 2021 gpu. You’d have to expect some bottlenecking with your setup. 4300 isn’t overclocked, that is the stock all core boost of the 8700k. Sounds like you need to reset your bios to default settings, and only enable xmp on the ram, and then rerun the test as it sounds like your oc settings are causing the lower scores here.

3 intake fans under the card three intake at the side
And Aio on the top with two 140 exhaust fans . If I undervolt the card I get good temps but the game crash.

Since the gpu is running at default settings I would suggest turning your gpu fan speeds up to 80% or higher if you're concerned about your current gpu temp. I usually just max the fans out on my gpu before gaming for the best cooling possible.

Hi Hope not too late to add my own 2 cents. I have a RTX 3080 FTW Ultra 12gb version and it was a rma replacement. I use a 4k 144hz monitor and without undervolting and high fan curse the gpu sees 82 to 84c with ambient temps at 70 to 75F With undervolting and FPS locked to 60 I see between 70 and 78c Coming from a GTX 1080 ti that never saw above 75c and a rtx 3080 icx that never got above 70 before the fan broke, I thought it was my gpu. But the FTW series just seem to run HOT. I have the Phantex P500A case. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/ToothlessRaider/builds/#view=QTJfrH I've since swapped monitors and added a 2nd SSD since this was posted, but after many talks to RMA with EVGA, the temps are within the norm of what they consider fine. I use headphones so the loud fans dont bother me. It surely runs hotter than I am used to. Idle and web surf temps are 29c to 35c. Hope this helps set your mind to ease.
