I'm guessing they stopped making the cards? I put in my request 9/27/2020 at 9:42pm, its been 8 months and still no notification that i'm getting my card. this is really dumb... my friends have already gotten theres one of my friends got his in Dec. and he put in his request after mine. and my other friend got lucky on amazon and got his card, this whole waitlist thing is a JOKE!! im super pissed that im still waiting and i was in line a LONG time ago. I contacted support for this and all they said was "Your notification was submitted on 9/27/2020 at 9:42:25 PM PT and we have not yet gotten to your turn in the queue. The queue is proceeding as intended, in the order requests were received. Please keep in mind that each model has it's own separate queue, so if someone queued for a different model and has already received their product, this would not reflect a different product availability." this was on 3/21/2021 btw. I don't think i will ever get mine tbh cause they have NO CLUE how there wait list even works. people are also selling theres for $3000 and there is NO way i'm buying it for that price so i'm thinking about giving up and hoping to get it in a couple years. anyways hope this was helpful to anyone that is still waiting.
They have them, but they're on hold or sold ..

Been in queue since 9/18/2020...not a peep. I'm extremely doubting I will ever get an email, since NVIDIA, IMHO, is silently trying to force gamers to opt for the 3080 ti. F$%^ing crooks

I've been in que since 12/20/20 for the 3080 hybrid and that card hasn't moved a second in many months. I also qued for the other 3080 hybrid on 12/28/20 and that also hasn't moved a second in many months. I did however sign up for both 3080ti hybrids at 1300 on launch day so I'm afraid I'll probably get one of those before the 3080 pops. I'd much rather have a 3080 than a 3080ti but such is life.
I'm hoping that with the hash rate emails going around that the que starts moving again. But let's be honest, we are not too far away from the 4xxx being announced.....

I think it's closed now. I signed up in December of 2020 and just now got my purchase link. If you aren't on it at this point I wouldn't hold your breath.

All the 2.0 queues are closed until EVGA can clear the backlog and we don't when that will happen. Queue 3.0, the new system for new releases, has the 3050s and the 3080 12GB. 3050 SKU 3553 is open now. The others seem to pop open periodically and the members on the forum alert everyone when they do. Another option is EVGA DIY Configurator https://www.evga.com/products/diy/, which sometimes has other than 1030s in the GPU selection. You just have to keep checking.

It is all a myth. These cards don't exist for anyone who isn't obsessively checking the status every 2 minutes or isn't a YouTuber. Been on the list for a 3080 since November 2020, got the email it was in stock the other day at around 1245. I didn't check my email until 1645 and they were sold out already. I've been waiting on this for a new gaming computer build. I am about to just suck it up and go pre-built and spend $500-$1000 more than I would have to if I built it. "Frustrating" isn't the word for this.
