Its all Same that except the Last one i didnt say Update successfully, IT only says Driver is up to Date. So First i have pressed two Times y after it trys Update, a blackscreen come and after that IT only says Driver is Up to date and nothing changes even after restart. And the App get Launched as Administrator also. But maybe its because the hybrid BIOS dont know because you Said you have the aircooler. Because i flashed with success also the 450watt xoc Air cooler BIOS before AS Test.

Ok. I think you're not the only person having this issue. I tried the Hybrid bios and have the same issue. Other are as well. See this thread. https://forums.evga.com/EVGA-GeForce-30-Series-HYBRIDXOCDefault-BIOS-Thread-m3407542-p14.aspx
 
You're already talking with a member of EVGA staff to resolve this issue, it looks like. Wait for LeeM to come back with a response, I think.
