Very similar to the reply I got from EU Support: thanks for your detailed request and sorry for the short delay - we will probably ship your order next, as currently the shipment is hold at the customs, therefore we are not able to give an exact date, but should be shortly - after you will receive an Tracking ID to your profile,

It seems to be like the representative omitted a word by mistake. "we will probably ship your order next, as currently ..." doesn't sound correct, maybe they wanted to write "... ship your order next week..." but they mistyped it without the word "week". Let's hope the customs are fast there because in Greece it's a very random process as to how much time you'll be stuck!

I was just wondering if I should make an unboxing video when I get mine Thursday. I may do that, I think I will get my space setup tonight so I can get that recorded tomorrow.

For those who ordered from B&H, I just chatted with them and received this response:
Cooper S: I have looked into this for you and currently your order is estimated to arrive at our warehouse by 10/31. As soon as we receive it in stock we will ship your order to you, and e-mail you with the tracking information. I apologize for this delay and any inconvenience it may have caused you.
For what it's worth, I pre-ordered on B&H on 9/14.

Here in CA, got my card yesterday. I consider myself extremely lucky that I have had no issues installing it and running games on it thus far. Black Ops 4 is the only game so far, but multiplayer and zombies maxed out to fullest never went shy of 144fps (probably could go higher but i like running my gsync capability). The Blackout mode, depending on the part of the map, only dropped to about 100fps. The card ran at a max of 60C for temperature. I have a 5930K processor.
I wish everyone the best of luck. I hope there will be no defects or perfomance issues for the rest of you!
Are people having issues with their card (aside from...waiting for it)? I'm just catching up on the thread

This is my understanding as well. EU stock is stuck in customs at the moment. So good news is the cards are set aside and en route, bad news is customs is holding them up ATM.

As far as I know, they ship their cards from NL to Germany. But I don't know if that's the central distribution center for whole Europe.. P.S. I don't think they transport them by ship but by airplane ;) So they probably arrive at Amsterdam airport.

How is the paypal process longer? I havent completed an order but last night I replied YES instead of CONFIRM with Capital One and my payment was declined because of that :(
