Make sure you login before adding to cart.  I had the same issue but after logging in I was able to add to cart and purchase.

Yep, kept clicking Add to Cart and was taken to an empty cart about 5 times before I realized I wasn't logged in.  You would think a login request would pop up or something.

EDIT:  And then the salt in the wound is the notification email that comes in afterward to tell me they are now in stock.

I snagged the EVGA order tonight and cancelled my B&H order.  Jacob says they have shipped to B&H already, but I KNOW this one will ship soon.  My mistake was accidently getting the slow shipping..and I am sure with EVGA there is no way to change it.

For weekend this card is mine, ASUS GTX1080Ti Poseidon, exactly 980 euro cheaper than ASUS RTX2080Ti Turbo, plus waterblock.
It's not flat but it's full cover with VRM.
I would not buy RTX 2080Ti now someone to give me 3000$. I would spend 2500$ on computer, but I would not bought RTX 2080Ti.
 

 
I believed I would bought new NVIDIA series for around 800 euro, premium model. That was plan. 800 euro card, little more GPU block, and that's it.
But I believe this year is change  for many people who will buy older series from now... because GTX1080Ti price stayed on insane 900 euro as well in East Europe, ASUS Poseidon over 1000, every single guy who buy used GPU is one less purchase for NVIDIA. That mean if 2 guys decide to buy older series because new one cost 1000 not 800, or 1200 not 800, that's 1600$ loss for NVIDIA for two guys who didn't bought new GPU because it's overpriced. You don't need to wait long, maximum 14-16 months and you save 500-600$... Imagine that not exist, don't look performance difference, say to self I will buy her only later and you will fill excellent.
 
Someone to give me 1500$ for computer now and to say me, But you need to spend on RTX2080Ti I would be sad.
Very very sad, because I would bought card for 500-600$ i9-9820X + CPU block and sold my platform to buy nice motherboard, rather than everything on RTX 2080Ti, on NVIDIAs experiment with RT. OK you pay RT, but than you can't enable him on 4K monitor and play him like some feature, you only support him and performance are really poor. Than all satisfaction become 25% more powerful than RTX1080Ti.

GOOD NEWS BOYZ! Just talked to EVGA and they just shipped the first shipment to BHPhoto video this evening. 2080ti FTW3 Ultra being delivered to all of us as soon as BHPhoto Video gets it in 2 days. We get in our hands on Friday or Monday

Keep in mind EVGA does not have to offer the step up program. The fact that they do at all says something about the company. Generally they are not making much if any money from someone using the step up program so of course they will make you wait while they sell the cards at full retail to customers willing to pay that. It's nothing personal, it's just business and people all to often for get this and can't disassociate their emotions from logic. Could they have supplied you with a card sooner? Sure, but you did get your card. The warranty issue is something that is a big deal as EVGA always stands behind their products and compared to other companies goes above and beyond to help them. I've dealt with ASUS, GIGABYTE, MSI, & Zotac customer service and they do not come anywhere close to the level of attention EVGA gives. Their global product manager is in the forums on a daily basis giving updates, I've never seen another company that does that. I'm not sure why I'm wasting this energy defending e reputable company to someone who clearly created a forum account just to bash the company.

Also if your step up card had issues it's your own fault for not RMAing as soon as you received. Instead you choice to wait and complain about it after the fact stating the fact that you're afraid of being with out a card. Guess what, if you would've rma'd it from the start you'd have a working card now and wouldn't be complaining about not having RMA'd it. EVGA isn't going to call you and ask how your new card is, it's on you as a consumer to make them aware if there is an issue with the product you purchased. 
 
This thread is monitoring FTW3 cards, let be adults and keep it on track. If you have an issue create the appropriate thread instead of hijacking another one.

Ok so they already received some for preorders on the 22nd or 23rd (or were sent some?), did you mean you are shipping more to them this week? Because apparently they have no estimate for the arrival of the remaining preorders. Thanks!
 
Update: someone below said B&H was giving the expected date of 10/31 for a pre-order. Not sure if this applies to all pre-orders or not.
