Hah, yeah, I totally bought HDMI to DP and VGA to DP cables for this very reason. ;)
I meant to, but forgot lol, ah well. Easy fix.
So my card replaced a 1080FTW Hybrid... scared me at first, plug it in, no fans spinning... going through various desktop programs, nothing, temp says it’s holding firm in the low 30’s... wasn’t till there was some real load on the card did the fans spin up, and even after multiple passes in timespy it hasn’t broke 60c yet. Things are looking good for this non hybrid
I also have to do the same and grab some HDMI to DP cables and make sure they can handle 1440p 144hz as the one included with my screen is capping at 120hz for some odd reason. Anyways, those are really nice temps. My guess is you have great airflow going to the GPU with cool ambient air.

Totally, what kind of case do you have it in?
IDK how EVGA's forum handles posting pics, (first time) but heres the old setup prior to the card change. Its in a Corsair 570x. Just played a few rounds on pubg and looks like the highest its gotten to is 62c with a pretty mild fan curve applied.

Anybody Benchmarked the 2080ti FTW3 yet?
Yes, straight out of the box with nothing tinkered with it pulled a graphics score of 13,875 in TimeSpy, and my Overall score with a non-overclocked i7-7820x was 12,594. Up from 8095 overall score with my GTX1080 FTW Hybrid that had a mild overclock. Havent had a chance to mess with overclocking the 2080ti FTW3 yet.

Hey guys. I'm finding alot of information that I'm not liking. Take a minute to go-to the Nvidia GeForce forums. Go-to the 20 series card section. Just about every post is a about DOA cards, heavy artifacts, and RMA on 2080ti. I'm also reading Nvidia shut production down to figure out what's going on. I don't have a reputable source on that however.
Take a minute to check it out. Looks like the rumor is true the yeilds are bad for 2080ti .

Fun fact#3, Percision xOC wouldn’t change the led’s on the card or run different fan curves. But their new X1 software worked perfectly
There is a new version - 0.3.2 - that has a lot of fixes. https://www.evga.com/precisionx1/The fan curves can be set on the old version by clicking on the header above the sliders on the main page. It wasn’t intuitive but now is in the rotation in the lower section.

Idk but that seems like a lot to me. Now i dont know how far the troubleshooting went with those cards before Nvidia RMA them, but there are lots being RMA by nvidia on founders cards.
Just an observation i thought some of you would be interested in seeing.

Hope I get mine sometime next week otherwise I'll be on vacation after and deal with the painful 'signature required' issue others have (kind of defeats the purpose of 1 day shipping cost)

yep, im in the same boat. I dont know what will happen, and EVGA hasnt been able to give me an answer on what would happen either. I paid for ground shipping sadly, but if my card is able to ship this week i would happily pay to upgrade the ship speed.

I absolutely love the looks of the Corsair case, and the card fits fine. I have intake fans and a 240 rad on the front and there's still room to do a push/pull setup or even liquid cooling. 2 words of caution with the case tho. 1) all the panels are glass, so on the back, wire management is a real chore. 2) all the panels are glass. I shattered one of them once already. Back glass was misaligned and when I tightened the thumb screws it must have put torque on it and POP there it went into a million pieces. Thankfully they're inexpensive and I had a new one installed in 2 days. I would still buy this case today given the chance. and the glass isnt fragile just dont be stupid with it like I was lol
