Hey Guys,

I have an EVGA Micro mobo(Not the Micro2 version) and I am looking to add a 1TB m2 SSD. Can someone help me figure out what are my available option for addition storage? Ideally I want a 1TB or larger.

    Hold the bus.

"We’d still have liked to see an M.2 storage slot on the board, if only to use up two of those leftover ports. We instead find a “Key-E” M.2 that’s compatible only with notebook-style Wi-Fi cards. In spite of its promise, M.2 turned out to be a cluster of conflicts."

Better check on that more before shelling out for an M.2 SSD..That slot may only be for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth..You may need to go another route such as using an adapter.

Only wifi eh? Well that isn't any good. Guess the op will need an adapter like this one after all. Good news is now he can go for any 2280 ssd that is pci-e 3.0 x4.
