1080 SC Warranty question

Hi,
I bought second hand 1080 SC. I was told that has a warranty and that will be send a copy of the invoice but until now nothing came. So i was wondering if there's a way to check via serial number if the card has a warranty? 
I registered the card with the data I was given.

    You can check via serial number, you would just need to call EVGA support or send an email to support@evga.com, and they can verify the information.  You will still need an invoice of some type to register the card so that you can show proof of purchase.

    I don't have invoice that's the whole problem. They didn't send over email like we agreed.

    For second hand purchases, we base the warranty from the date the product left EVGA. As long as the unit was shipped on or after 12/4/2016 it should be eligible for warranty and will not require an invoice.     I registered the product and create an account but I don't have Invoice. What more I need to send?
