Sorry for the lack of updates.. I am waiting on a delivery of cutting fluids.  Taking this time to do some work on my brand new CNC build.

Fluid should be in this week?

I still use the Mobilcut 102 you told me to get.  I found a sight that sells it cheaper then Grainger, so I am giving them a shot.

That radiator is awesome. One day when I have more room for my machine, I want to do a large external unit like this.

And @nateman_doo, how much more work do you have on your new machine? Just curious, because I can't wait to see what you come up with on the new machine.

Finally able to upload pics.

Here is the legs and the main cross members:

That center bar is 2x4" aluminum extrusion, filled with four pieces of 1/2 steel rebar, and poured concrete.  It is easily 40-50 lbs.  Should keep from flexing.

Leveling with a machinist level:

You can slide a sheet of paper under that level and it will throw it off.  pretty level across the Y axis.

The rear bar:

This is 45x90mm extrude.  Same stuff, just different arrangement.  This piece is leftover from the original frame build (which I haven't shown pics of yet).  Its got 6 anchors in it, so it will easily support the weight.  Its not quite as level (maybe 1.0-0.5° off or so) but its good enough for me.  I could try and loosen the bolts and try to re-adjust it, but I think the ends will not justify the means, and I could potentially get worst results.

Stupid me might actually try to get it perfect.

In any case I will have some actual waterblock update pics soon, since cutting fluid finally arrived :)

These blocks are pretty heavy.  If they only had a thin nickle coat on them, the chances of it scratching off would be increased just by this much mass impacting an object (like inside a case)

But it would be pretty cool to see.

Blocks 2, 3, and 4 all milled, drilled, and (finally) tapped:

All ONE HUNDRED and FIVE holes for the front have been HAND TAPPED.  57 more holes to be drilled & tapped on the rear of the blocks, and the plastic tops.

Oh yea... and the top holes.

Took a few days to do it.  Very dangerous doing blind tapping in copper because the bit could break off into the material rending it a paperweight.

Almost 30 lbs of water cooling copper:

Still working on the bridge, but I tried it out on a scrap piece of copper.  Everything seems to line up ok.   I only had a 3-way SLI bridge to test, but you can see it that at least that works.

I take it your going to make some sort of support that extends down to the bottom of the case?

Are there psu's that will power four cards or do you have to have two?

I am not the owner, but i am pretty sure he has all the gear thats needed to run these.  I have some foam for under the motherboard to help the weight.

I have been known to make a few things for people here and there.  Just a guy in my basement.  These aren't cheap though... the copper is very expensive.
