Thanks! Just picked up some new tooling to help speed up the process. Also spend the entire evening fixing some of the code to speed things up. There will be somewhere on order of 20 thousand lines of code that I will have gone through. Actually make a significant improvement. More details later.

Holly Crap! I really want one! Just the way this thing looks is beautiful. I personally like the detail of the mill lines on the bottom and how detailed the bottom looks. Now to just engrave the Cover with some Nateman_doo Magic!. I cannot wait to buy one! or 2 or 4 lol .Have you though about making a custom SLI bridge?
Rig specs coming soon...

why that big part over the SLI connector? Why not making it thinner and screwable on the block with logo in it or so? Looks cleaner then. and the fins in the block, can they be thinner and more of them, for better cooling capacity. for the rest looks good there, nice work

The cover will be clear just to show off the interior. Maybe a little something fancy with the cover, but I haven't got to that point yet.

If the block were more shallow, then I could make them thinner.

Thanks! Going to be off the grid for a few days. Will work on the code while I am away. I shaved hours off the code getting rid of the pointless tool retracts, and just have it G01 right back down into the material. (still faster then manual coding!) Rob, what CAM did you start using? Was it bobcad or something?

Minus the holes for the water. This is a sandblasted texture. Updated the main thread with a few more pics.

Machining of the top holes... The G 1/4" holes are first drilled with a 1/4", then 3/8" drill bit (since those are common R8 collets, and I don't need a drill chuck for those. Then the other 4 holes are drilled and tapped for 4-40 screws (just like all the others) Tapped: Standard hose barbs G 1/4" NPS (not npt for you plumbing types) Thinking about smoked Plexi. Ordered a sheet just for fun to see what it looks like. Should go really well with the black and copper.

Thanks! Just got my regular camera working. unfortunately I just took everything apart. boo. In any case, the copper is on its way and when it arrives I will begin cutting it. I have some ideas of what I would like to do with the finish. I would like to incorporate different textures like polished, brushed, and sandblasted.
