TWENTY YEARS in the ARMY!
Started as a 12B Combat Engineer on 26 July 1996, now 26 July 2016 a Company Commander. What a wild ride it has been. Now Guaranteed a pension! WHOOO HOO!!
That's awesome Nateman, gratz on your achievement and rank, and thank you so much for your service. My Dad was also career military - retired at just on 25 years service, and had the rank of Commander (USN). I guess I was a military brat lol, never lived in one house more than 3 years in my entire life until I was well into my adulthood. That pension makes a HUGE difference, particularly for my Mom after my Dad passed a couple of years ago. Again, well done Nateman, that's a huge milestone.

Didn't see to many rockets. Mortars however were a daily occurrence back in 05. It was mostly my dad harping "I wish I did my 20, I would be collecting now" all the time. I try to learn from other peoples mistakes.
