SWEET!

the room is all wired up!  at least now I got two 20 amp lines for the computer!! problem is now I am sharing juice with the kitchen, so until we get the main breaker panel replaced, im not in the clear.

As long as the wife doesn't use the microwave, or anything like that.. i SHOULD be ok?

totally... I can't use this monster cable power strip.  I actually start to trip it now. Going straight into the outlet @ 20 amps.  EACH power supply has a separate 2 amp line.

Also the 10,000 BTU AC is on its own separate line.

What kind of pot is that, Nate.  Custom job or purchased?  Your electric bills have got to be $400-500 a month.  Mine are $300, but Jersey rates are higher...much higher than PA.

Yes, that exact pot will be used.  I am going to take it to work today and prep the board, so I can hit the ground running.  The X58 board is already prepped.

The "spare" workstation is for my friend that comes over and we lan game.  My electric bills when benching heavy are between 3-400.  generally they are much lower since its just the 2 of us.  The baby doesn't use much juice.  I figure your daughters (Q) use lots of it.  Hair dryers, stereos, computers, myspaces & facebooks, etc...  another reason for ME to upgrade the juice up here.  Only 2 15A breakers were powering the entire top floor where all the bedrooms are.

Good thing to have in car on a hot day and A/C goes out. Just open the valve a little bit. Instant cold.

I know I haven't been keeping up with things for a while. I'm building a pretty good rig right now just waiting on the SR2 board.

Been wanting to do some LN2 on a 920 and a qx9770 for quite a while now.

Your tank is sweet. Hopefully the LN2 lasts a while for you

I can say though I'm happy my chiller was shipped last night.  should be here on Monday.

That's a pretty nice looking chiller....a whole lot nicer than the one i just built.  How much does something like that set you back if you don't mind me asking?  Made by who?  xtremesystems guy?

When you get it hooked up, stop by and tell us how it's working....

381 days - disappointed with the time it took. Builder did say he's had a lot of personal issues so I guess it was just bad luck for my project....

Thanks. That's one reason I actually didn't attempt a home brew, the unit is going into a really nice gaming room and I have a lot of friends in and out so I wanted something that looked as nice as it functioned. The price is hard to say I ordered a few other things that were totaled in with the chiller price. A guy from Extremeoverclocking forums made this for me. He's supposed to be about the best there is that's why I asked if he would build it.

As soon as I get an SR2 I plan to punish a bunch of 480's and a couple Xeons heh.

So I had to play around at first.  Really this stuff is so much fun.

I wanted to see what the cold bug was.  My 790 outright SHUTS down right after this:

Seriously, 1° more and its lights out.
