Hi Gomson,

the Pick-Up was received by today in our UK RMA center and the GPU´s will be further shipped next week to our Service Point in Munich; besides the fact we shipped by today your RMA replacement products and you should get it by beginning of next week – the Shipping ID will get posted in your profile.
Please set either Dominik or me as your personal contact and like discussed let´s have a chat after we tested the GPU´s – mkaesbauer@evga.comdungermann@evga.com

Have a nice weekend.

Markus

Hi Markus,

Thanks a lot for the update, please let me know how the testing goes.
I've sent you a test email as well just to make sure I got it right.

haha....I'm already happier because the level of comms have improved. I honestly prefer a consistent back and forth dialogue than worrying about a defective item. The reps have definitely stepped up their game, so no matter what the outcome is, I'm already happy because it means I can get that same level of service with any new EVGA products I buy in the future..hint...hint..pascal...

Good luck

For some  "unknowing" reason, my PM is not working.
OK it works but not allowing me to just replay as It  normally would

That's ok bud.
Got an email from Chris today, replacement cards are on their way and should be here by Tuesday.
Still wondering how warranty works on replacement cards. Does the warranty on your previous cards transfer to the replacements?
Meaning if you had 40 days left on the originals, then you only have 40 days on the replacements.?

You only have the warranty left that was still available on the original video boards. So I guess it will be 40 days.

That's good news. The warranty expired on my EVGA GTX-680 sc on February 7 but it is working flawlessly. I don't think it will ever die to be honest with you. It is currently serving duty in my Windows 10 PC. I also have a EVGA 9800GT with a lifetime warranty in my old Dell GX620 and it won't die either. EVGA does make a solid product and they are holding up very well for me.

That would not be fair if company give 3 years warranty again.
Than someone could get replacements next 10 years if they give constantly 3 years warranty.
It's normal to warranty continue no matter did you get refurbished or fabric sealed hardware.

Yeah makes sense. Not bothered about it at all, just wondering if you get any warranty at all.

I realize you found the answer, but for anyone else reading this the answer is yes, if you purchase a 10 year warranty and have to replace it 4 years in, you keep the 10 year warranty. All warranties, including limited lifetimes, are based on the original card and not the replacements; the only exception to this is a step-up. A card that started as a lifetime warranty but stepped up to a card with a 3 year only gets the 3 year warranty.

Just one more reason that EVGA has earned my loyalty as a customer.  Great warranty, service and communications.
