Try to message them in Facebook. If you receive no answer after 1 business day I would advise you to start the claim process with PayPal.

i have, several times, along with emailed every one in their support at least 5 times plus called, but always get a invalid number thing. beginning to think this is a frozencpu thing going on there.

I would do a charge back if they are not answering. Seems like the swiftech site is still seeing forum posts and product updates posted so no idea why it would take that long without an update at least.

If they don't email you back within a week then something's wrong. Doesn't hurt to make extra sure you're using the correct email address either, I ran into that mistake with CyberPower once I kinda doubt they went belly up, they just had a crazy successful custom CPU block launch and were in plans to launch Skylake-E and Threadripper specific blocks.
Have water, will cool.

This is what i expect from swiftech to be honest, they only give customers one year warranty on $300 AIO coolers. EVGA, Corsair, NZXT give you at least a 5 year warranty on select units that are under $200.

i rattled the cage on their FB page, got two replies via FB messenger pretty quick, part shipped yesterday. i get there can be delays on new products but to not post one update on the website or FB or email is not cool.

i was looking there AIO but after reading many bad reviews about leaking i stayed away. i have used there waterblock in the past and they were always good units but thats about all ill buy from them. honestly i only bought this one because it looks sweet, performance should be right there with everyone else also.

I really liked Swiftech's design aesthetics a few years ago with that chamfered industrial look. Did a whole custom loop using one of their H220X AIOs that was integrated with an Apogee Drive II CPU block and two of their 780ti/Titan Deluxe Blocks. Then the AIO's plexi on the res developed a crack and the entire loop got pulled just as I replaced the old gen 1 titans with a Titan X(p). It really sucks though as their forums are pretty dead having posted a few times there myself and hearing their customer support apparently lacks. I haven't really bothered dealing with them on the AIO as I do not like the look of the new one. I'm glad you got it figured out though. They may be a really small company stateside since they are apparently US based but with some large supplier in china that deals with the supply side and manufacturing.

yeah most of the reviews said the same thing about the cracking, the reason a stayed away from it.
