I bought the EVGA 3090 from amazon, but did not get any code for watchdog legion. Tried contact amazon, but they insist they are not part of the program. Does not look like contacting nvidia would help

If you purchased from Amazon's 3rd party sellers, that'd do it. If directly from Amazon, and they are participating in the offer, contact Amazon to get the code.

The offer is only from the seller, but you might be able to get a code from Nvidia if you contact them with Amazon's response.

Yes it was directly from amazon, amazon was the seller. Contacting them does not help. Tried twice, usually a low level guy checking the webpage and tells u they are not part of nvidia's program.

Amazon does not have a Watchdog legion bundle page like newegg does:

Hmmm, I purchased an XC3 Ultra from Amazon and got my codes via email the day after it was delivered.

you'll probably get it either when you're charged or when it's delivered. BTW, when did you buy it and what's the estimated delivery date?

I purchased from Amazon.  They will not send the codes unless you call them.  After I called, they sent me the email.

Point them to this page...   www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/campaigns/rtx-bundle/

It shows Amazon as an option for the bundle at the bottom of the page, they will honor it.

I called and they responded with an email a few hours later stating the purchase didn't qualify

It's important to make sure that things on Amazon are shipped and sold by Amazon. It's common if they are sold out of a product for it to try to offer a third party seller and those wouldn't qualify. If it was shipped and sold by Amazon and not a third party vendor on Amazon then I would contact amazon support. Since NVIDIA runs the promotion and partners with sellers like Amazon it would take Amazon providing the code.

Also keep in mind the code will not work without the card in the system that the code is being redeemed on. I personally think Amazon would make good on the offer but if they are not I would consider it as an added cost for the card since it's one of the games I am looking forward to. Getting the game for free I look at as $60 off the price of the graphics card since I would have bought the game anyway.

It shows sold by Amazon. Com services LLC but they are saying "We are sorry to inform that the item you selected is not eligible for promotion." I was looking forward to playing it as well.

Sorry it did not work.  Here is a copy of my email from Amazon with the codes, perhaps showing them the email will help.  My order was fulfilled by: Amazon.com Services LLC.

It's totally possible to just have got the support person who doesn't know the answer and someone else to be far more helpful. Good luck.

Hi all. I just received my RTX 3090 from Amazon (sold and sent by "Amazon EU S.a.r.L.") and still not received any promotional code. I already contacted Amazon by chat and they told me that the code should be sent by Nvidia so I have to wait up to 14 days. The "problem" is that there is a term for code usage that should by october 30th...any news on your side? Thanks!

I literally had a Gigabyte 3080 in my AMZ shopping cart, (being shipped and sold via AMZ), and at MSRP.  $749.  I just couldn't pull the trigger because I want an EVGA card...  That's probably the first and only time I'll ever see an MSRP GPU via AMZ, at least for a while....

Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Ultra, i7-9700k (4.9ghz all cores), NH-D15 cooler, 64 GB CL-14 3200mhz RAM, RTX 3090FE, Soundblaster Z, Yamaha 5.1 A/V Receiver, 2x 512GB Samsung NVMe, 1x 1TB Samsung NVMe, 1x 2TB Samsung SSD, Win 10 Pro, TM Warthog, Virpil WarBRD, MFG Crosswinds, 43" Samsung 4K TV, 21.5 Acer VT touchscreen, TrackIR, JetSeat KW-908, Reverb G2, Wheel Stand Pro Super Warthog, Phanteks Enthoo Pro Full Tower Case, EVGA 850 P2 PSU, PointCTRL, Buttkicker 2
