problem of RMA closed however did not show replacement serial number

RMA Number: 5421220119668305
 
today the open RMA disappeared and it says that RMA closed, however on the replacement product info the serial number shows blank. Does this mean my RMA is not approved? and my original product is sent back?

    No, it just takes time to update. Give it a bit. As far as I remember, you will receive an email as well, once the replacement is shipping.

    I can confirm that your RMA has been completed and was shipped out yesterday.  Please check your email for a message from UPS either in your inbox or spam/junk folders if necessary referencing the tracking number in route to you.
     
    For your convenience, I have sent another email from our system with your tracking number to you.
