yes I am aware of those. all that is is a relay to connect trigger and ground when an external 12v is applied. I wont ever be turning this supply off, so no need for a switch or relay. I guess what I am asking is if most of these new power supplies, specifically the supernover 1300g2 needs something on the 5 and 3 volt rails to work long term. the 24 pin cable also connects with 2 plugs into the power supply. I am also wondering why this is and if the green wire is still doing the same thing as the older supplies?
