Helllo !

I already know that there is an nice improvement for the cooling, we have better temperatures with icx...

But it will have better framerate/performance ? Because add 25% of the price for just some degres... it seems expensive :o

Now that the manufacturing process has had time to mature a bit, in all likelihood it will probably overclock better :-)

25% to the price? $20 over the original price is not 25%.  The base model costs $619, and the ICX base model costs $639.

Currently the SC ACX is $599 (on sale), and the like model ICX is $649, which is a $50 difference.. less than 10% total.  So, 25% would be $150 difference at $599.

$120 is about 20% difference at most.  the upgrade from ACX to ICX costs $99 if you take the upgrade route,so the scale keeps dropping percentage wise.

I'd say there will be a slight increase in performance due to reduced temps on the core. The performance will definitely be more consistent.

I'd rather pay $99 to upgrade from ACX to iCX, instead of having to buy a new card. We should be grateful we are being given the change to pay less.

Even with the upgrade of $99+the sale price of the 1070sc ($400+tax), we are getting a better deal on the SC2 compared to retail ($449+tax).

Man...I need a new GPU...but GTX 1080 isn't enough of a bump.  I'll be curious too see how these do. You know the tech press is going to be all over it.

I mean 25%  because I own a 1070 sc ;)  I paid 460 euros to have it and I have to pay 100 euros more if i want icx... so not for me the icx, I prefer to buy a ssd :D
