I'll soon be troubleshooting a system with an EVGA Classified SR-2 X58 motherboard with a possible memory problem.
After reviewing the user manual, I'd appreciate learning:
1.  How to enter the boot menu to boot from a flash drive?  (This is often F12, but I don't see a way in the manual other than changing the boot order.)
2.  Is a UEFI BIOS available for this motherboard?
3.  Does the BIOS include a full memory test (for all of RAM)?
4.  On the EVGA "Drivers and BIOS" page, there are many X58 Classified choices, but not a SR-2 choice.  Which part number should I select? 
5.  According to Belarc Advisor, the BIOS version is "080016 05/27/2011".  Is this the latest?
