Haven't built a computer in awhile.
Will Intel 9900k work with Z370.
Will DDR4 3600 ALSO WORK WITH THIS BUILD.
THANKS FOR ANY ADVICE.

ddr 3600 will work but it's based upon how good the memory controller is on the CPU.   YMMV

regarding the 9900K   9th gens will run on the z370 platform but will need a bios update to support it.  I'd call tech support as I don't see any mention of this for this motherboard on the release noted for the most current bios.  Be aware that the motherboard may not come with the latest bios.  you will need to flash it if it does support it and will need a donor CPU.

From what I'm gathering the CPU will work with Z370,but will likely need the most recent Bios.
    The CPU runs at 3.6ghz.
But will the Ram also be able to run at the same speed.
Or should I just save $40 and go with DDR4 3200?
Haven't built since the P35 Days.

ddr4 with tighter timings will work just as good.   at 3200.  you can alway downclock the memory and set tighter timings on the 3600
