That PSU is not enough for your set-up. 750w is the lowest i'd go with your set-up... but I would recommend looking into a 850w PSU.

Maybe not as your PSU is fine at minimum 650 watts and this graphics card need draw 250 watts

Requirements for EVGA 2080ti XC

  • Minimum of a 650 Watt power supply.
  • Two available 8-pin or 6+2pin PCIe power dongles
  • Total Power Draw : 250 Watts   Have you plug 4x4 pins power supply to your card?

Yeah, but the i9 9900KS has a higher power limit and came out well after that page was established, wouldn't hurt EVGA to update it to 750w now.

In this review, the i9 9900KS pulled 43w more than the i9 9900K when under load:

Even though your PSU might not be the issue right now , it is definitely something to look at upgrading real soon...

If you are saying it was working & all of a sudden is NOT , with a red led - sounds like the card blew. Of course, that is about the best guess from not actually being there to test.

As I said . it was just fine till today. my motherboard had 4 leds on booard and the one with VGA is lit red wich means acording too the motherboard manual the grapichs card is not working corectly. My EVGA is connected to two 6+2pins. I have tested with resset bios switched to the 2nd bios as the mther board has dual bios and my card still has no display. the fans on the card spin to maximum and thats all it does.
PS. I know my PSU needs upgrading and will do that asap but my maximum power that all my pc  is around 450-500Wats not even close to 650W

Things to try before rma'ing the card...

#1 Try the card in a different pci-e slot.
#2 Use a different set pci-e power cables to power the card.
    #3 Try a different psu.
#4 Try the card in another known good working system.

    FAQ # 59742
RTX 2080/2080Ti has LED or fan issues after running Precision X1 for the first time.
Last Update: 2019/10/11 10:27Print FAQ | Copy Link
After running Precision X1 for the first time with a EVGA RTX 2080 or 2080Ti graphics card the program will automatically attempt to update the firmware of the card. If that update fails in some way, the card may exhibit erratic behavior including difficulty saving LED settings or having a fan stuck at 100% fan speed. If this issue occurs then you may need to apply a MCU (Micro Controller Unit) update in order to resolve the issue.

You can find the correct MCU update files at the links here:

    2080 XC = https://storage.cdn.evga....r/MCU/2080_XC_E196.zip
    2080 XC ULTRA = https://storage.cdn.evga....2080_XC_Ultra_E196.zip
    2080 FTW3 = https://storage.cdn.evga....MCU/2080_FTW3_E198.zip

    2080 Ti XC = https://storage.cdn.evga....MCU/2080Ti_XC_E199.zip
    2080 Ti XC ULTRA = https://storage.cdn.evga....80Ti_XC_Ultra_E199.zip
    2080 Ti FTW3 = https://storage.cdn.evga....U/2080Ti_FTW3_E202.zip

After you download and extract the .zip file you will then need to run the batch file. You will need to right-click on the .bat file and then run it as administrator. A command prompt should automatically run then update the firmware of the graphics card.

Please contact our customer support team if you continue to have issues with the graphics card after applying the update. You can reach us at 1-888-881-3842 or by e-mailing support@evga.com.

Dang... sorry man, suppose the previous PSU would have been fine. I checked some reviews on it and attempted to find anything wrong with the Corsair 650w you have, but all I found was how resilient it was. I'll work on not being so definitive in my responses in the future.

By chance, did you happen to use any PSU cables from the previous power supply or did you replace them all with the new?
