I’m worried that EVGA won’t have another 1080ti Kingpin . I have a new EVGA Z390 Dark and i9-9900k I’m hoping I don’t get a dual fan GPU to replace my Kingpin if out of stock . It won’t look right for my build. Don’t know what I’m going to be getting in return.

I recommend that you reach out to our support directly. Via phone is best, 888-881-3842. If you explain that you value a three fan card and we do not have any GTX 1080 Ti K|NGP|N cards currently available be assured that we will try to work with you to make sure you are happy with the outcome.
In all likelihood, we would still have GTX 1080 Ti K|NGP|N replacements available to send. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with that card!

I did mention about the 3 fan card on the day I requested an RMA and also stated that I would be happy with a FTW3 GTX 1080ti or Ultra FTW3 RTX 2080 3 fan card I also called yesterday and mentioned it agian. Rep told me that they will send what is available of equal or greater value but didn’t mention anything else .I’m seeing customers on Reddit EVGA forum complaining about how they received a dual fan card in replacement of a 3 fan card RMA. I paid over $800 after taxes including $20 for shipping and another $23 to ship back my card that I just received on 5/24 and shipped out on the 26th for an RMA . I’m hoping they heard me the first time and second when I called yesterday .

How did this go for you? Did it all get sorted out yet? Just wondering what they'd send as a replacement for a Kingpin in the event they didn't have the same card for replacement.

I know you already said you'd be happy with a FTW3 but I wouldn't consider that a fair replacement for a Kingpin model, but to each their own :)

Received another Kingpin and had to request an RMA /refund . Card keeps crashing my CSGO game and runs hot after 10 mins. This is using the card at default settings . Waiting for approval. Staying away from b stock and will be buying a new card after this ordeal is settled and done with.

Sorry to hear that, seems like you are extremely unlucky :(

I think you'll be in extra good hands for the second replacement, hoping they can sort you out good on this.

I didn’t ask for a second replacement , I asked for a refund credit to purchase a new EVGA Graphics card. I’m willing to spend a little extra for something new and with a longer warranty. My RMA Refund was approved. It’s sad to see such a beautiful Kingpin go back to EVGA the second time but I think both cards were heavily overclocked and used from the previous owners , I’m pretty sure the thermo vrm’s were pretty shot on both kingpins .

"My RMA Refund was approved." You are really getting a Refund?
How much are they giving you back?

I wasn't aware EVGA even did this, would cause a lot of people to request the same service if so lol. Sounds unlikely but you never know

While we do not provide details about other customers, please note that EVGA only allows refunds from items purchased directly from EVGA.com within 14 days of the date of purchase. If the product is purchased from another retailer the buyer would have to go to that retailer for a refund, we will only be able to provide a replacement product.

    Everything is security.
