EVGA GTX 1070 issues

After i upgred my GPU to 1070, Win 10 sleep function is not working. It will go to sleep and re-start the PC again. I check my BIOS and Win 10 setting. I tried to delete the NAVIDA HD audio drivers, etc. did not work.
 
ASUS ROG STRIX X470-F (MB),   AMD Ryzen 7 2700, GTX 1070.
