AnsweredLockedevga precision xoc has stopped working

every system startup it's starts working and after ~20 sec stops working, but fan profile and config working i think so (stops also process in task manager)
after this i start it manually with shorcut, but somtimes it stops working too, approximately 3-4 start need to work this utility normally
 
where can i see log files or somthing like it

CPU: intel i3 8100
M/B: Aorus B360 Gaming 3 Wi-Fi
RAM: G.Skill RipjawsV 16GB 
GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 FTW
PWR: Enermax Platimax 1350W
SSD: Samsung PM961 256gb
HDD: Seagate 1TB + intel Optane
Case: Deepcool Earlkase
Monitor: Asus VX239H

    In the Profile tab of the Precision XOC settings (gear button, bottom-right of Precision), if you have a 2D or 3D Profile assigned, set them to "Not assigned", then click OK, then close and open Precision again..This is known to cause Precision XOC to unexpectedly stop working/close.

    If you cannot do that, open the Program Files (x86)\EVGA\Precision XOC\Profiles folder and delete all the .cfg files there..That will set Precision back to all the default settings..This might be a good idea to do anyway..The .cfg files will be recreated the next time Precision is opened and then closed.

    You may see Precision errors in the Windows Event Viewer.
