You can pinch and zoom any image on any webpage using the chrome app without having to reload an image in a new tab. Real nice for annoying websites which try to force mobile view with no zoom capabilities.
Settings -> Accessibility -> Scroll down -> Force enable zoom.

You can not punch and zoom images on evga.com from mobile, unless you open the image in a new tab. This is why I always push the snip it tool over print screen shots, because that kills the requirement to need a pinch and zoom, since the image is already zoomed in and much clearer.

I can. ;) I am using my mobile phone with chrome app right now. I just enable "force enable zoom" as explained above. Works great for me.

Yeah... it's not the phone. It's the cell signal.

Some Updates; it seems that the Shopping Cart is missing on the Home Page.
If you go to https://www.evga.com/Products/ShoppingCart.aspx then you will see it.
The Home Page https://www.evga.com/ is where it is no longer showing up.
If you to this address https://www.evga.com/Products/ProductList.aspx?type=0 Products you will see the Cart.
