so i tried to do a driver update for my card from 350.12 to 358.50 but every time i try and install the update it just fails never had this  problem before. now everything else is up to date 'picture added. card is a nvidia gtx 2gb gddr 750ti ftw

    Hello,
     
    I sorry for the issue you appear to be having. Can you please try going into your windows device manager and find your GTX 750ti under "display adapters" right click on the card and go to properties > driver tab. Uninstall the current drivers from that tab. Once that is complete try to re-install the drivers using the driver package that you have downloaded.

    Hello and welcome to the forum. Give DDU a shot. It's also hosted on the Nvidia forum so it's safe. 
    http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/?q=node/28   You probably have a permissions issue or a Windows driver store issue. This should correct it.

    hello i did that but still having problems it removes your graphics driver and when i try and do the update it fails 
    'the graphics driver could not find the compatible graphics hardware' thats what im getting now so when i try and reinstall my graphics 
    driver via windows update or anything else it just wont work..

    Hi,
     
    Try doing a manual installation of the video drivers by going into:
     
    Device Manager > Display Adapters > Select Video card > Update > Browse PC > Pick from a list > go to C: drive and browse the folders until you find the latest driver and hit ok.

    hi thanks for the replys but everything i try it just wont update to the 358.50 driver im currently stuck on 355.82 it has just took me 1 hour trying to get my graphics driver back to that 1 from the standard VGA driver..  even used that tool and tried a clean install but nope.
