gtx 980 manufacture date ?

Hello. I have bought a gtx 980 acx 2.0 S.C. but unfortunately i misplaced my invoice. I have read on the evga warranty page that in such cases i will be entitled to a 3 year warranty (my card has the -kr prefix) from the date of manufacture.
Can anyone tell me how to find such a date on evga stickers.
I've attached a photo o my gtx's back.

    Go to the top of the page, click support, then guest rma, then input your serial number and voila, you have the date of when your warranty expires.

    I had to delete your picture of the card as the serial number was visible
