when I click to install precision x nothing happens, any ideas?

i7 2700 oc to 4.8 watercool bin
2x Evga GTX 780 ti  sc acx in sli 
Creative Sound Blaster Recon3D Fatal1ty Professional
8 gig Viper Xtreme dd3 2133
asus z77 sabertooth mb
2 corsair 120 ssd's in raid 0
2 raptor drives in raid 0 for data
1200 antec high current psu

    Disable your Antivirus-Anti Spyware and download it again.

    also, try right click, install as admin

       "This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down"
