This motherboard simply pull you to forget everything bad about hot CPU. I mean how can be bad under H100. From performance side 3770k need about 300-400MHz higher clock for same results in multi applications as 4770K. Somewhere is less than that somewhere is good 400MHz. But TEMPSSSSSS!

EVGA_WShelley Z87 is getting close ! Will let you all know when Boards are on their way to the US. So how much delay are we getting in the EU section after the US has released? I'm way too impatient with electronics and building a new rig :) any hope of getting one in a week or two?

For people who wait Z87 motherboards this is news but everybody probably know about Brodwell and compatibility with 1150. I'm sure EVGA will this time support immediately Brodwell on Z87 not only on Z97 if that is possible and if Intel plant that. I can't see some special new features and why Z87 can't stay and for Brodwell. http://www.guru3d.com/news_story/intel%E2%80%99s_broadwell_now_scheduled_for_2014.html It's nice to know when your socket will be alive 3 years.

If you look in that article, it says Broadwell will be available next year on EVERY PLATFORM BUT DESKTOP. For desktop, it only says "Haswell Refresh" where on everything else it says "Broadwell". I read that this means we will be getting only re-named Haswell silicon in 2014, and the current speculation is that the desktop's first 14nm will be Skylake in 2015.

Not sure, but it's $400 USD for the Classified and $220 for the Stinger and FTW. The ratios will probably be similar in Europe with the Classified being twice as much as everything else. I would buy the Classy for the ability to user more than 2 way SLI.

Well conversion would make that 302 euro vs 166. But sadly it isn't that simple for us Europeans as it is just as likely to be 400 euro vs 220 euro. To be honest the FTW would be more than enough for me since I will at most use 2-way SLI and I have a xonar phoebus in my current build so I doubt I'd benefit from the core3D. But I just like the looks of the classified more. If the price premium is still in my build budget I'll go for the classified however if it isn't I can start browsing ebay to waste money on a spineboard.

Is your sound card x1 bandwidth? If it's any more it will force you down to x8 x4 on the GPUs and SLI doesn't support X4 bandwidth (it won't work).

still not avaible? darn, I think EVGA should just quit making motherboards. You guys just aren't competitive as you never launch a product anywhere near the launch date. I waited for months for the p67 mobos. I would buy z87 EVGA board right now but I'm guessing the general public has given up or forgotten that you guys even still make mobos.
I'm enjoying my EVGA 770 and my EVGA power supply. Just wish you guys could get your act together on the mobo side.

I will be the first to grab a Z87 Classified. Fed up with the boot issues of my AsRock board. Going to RMA it when I get the Classified. Little bit more than I wanted to pay, but I just don't care anymore. If the Classified posses any issues, any at all, then I'll just return it for a refund.

I am happy to wait... As most of you know this is a hobby of mine. I am consistently upgrading when it makes sense. Well all of my systems are still running x58. "All" of them. Business and personal. That should speak volumes about what I have thought about the EVGA MOBO's the last few gen's... I plan to get one of the Z87's for $219 and give it a go on my gaming system. I have concerns I will crash and burn of course. However. I offer you this... - Companies that do not learn from their mistakes fail.
- Companies that chose what they learned from their mistakes survive.
- Companies that learn from their mistakes and bring products to the market that prove it. Thrive...

another thing i didn't notice till now is the 2x 4pin Fam headers ... i normally only see a single 4 pin for the CPU and a 3 pin for a case fan but never 2 4pins for a single CPU O.o

And I like that dual fan headers on top. Very useful for all in one coolers or push-pull on tower coolers. All 3 Z87 models are with CPU1 and CPU2 fan header. 2x8GB 16GB of memory is good for board of this type. People who use more than 16GB of RAM usually need LGA 2011.

Gaah! we're on august already and no sign of EU release? Prices in shop are TBA and nobody seems to know when, I'm loosing my hope, I don't know, if not next week any info, I'm going to jump to the ASUS sabretooth camp, this is unbareable. tho I'm still buying a evga titan because in aprox 200 years before the world ends the 780 clasified is released and I can't wait that long. :P

No best is when EVbot 49$ transfer to 89e beeeeeee. That is absurd of the year. If you change 89e in bank in USA you can buy 3 EVBoot. Real price is example if Classified cost 699$ in USA, real is price of 679-689e in Europe. That's some real price because that is our money.
