Happened after I was updating all the drivers on restart on a fresh install of Windows

My rig: Streacom BC1.1 Open Testbench
EVGA Z390 Dark
i7 8086K
Team T-Force XCALABUR 4000 MHz
2x Titan X Pascal
Intel 800p + Intel Optane 32GB

I've tried resetting the CMOS with taking out the battery for a long duration. All I can conclude is that its a corrupt BIOS.

    Welcome to the Forum
What Bios Version are you running and how are your Bios Settings Setup?
"All I can conclude is that its a corrupt BIOS." You have 3 Bios on this Motherboard so you have 2 more to test with
Remember you can also Re-Flash the Bios with the on board USB Port in the upper right corner of the Motherboard.

I’m not able to boot into the BIOS1 cause of 2 beeps and post code F4.

I am very aware of my motherboard having 3 BIOS switches and I’m keeping the second one on defaults trying to figure out how to resolve the first BIOS.

I am currently going to attempt to flash the BIOS through USB and I’ll let you know if anything works out

OK if you can boot on any of the three BIOs and you know for example that BIOs position 1 doesn't work then you boot with the position 1-3 that works. Then flip the position to the one that doesn't work and flash

What ^ said (Just Re-Flash the Bois) and start over with the Settings.
That is a that a Bios can get corrupt but can also be Re-Flashed in most cases.

Nice this Motherboard has this feature.
I wish the X299 Dark had a way to update the Bios without a CPU installed.

I was able to Re:Flash the BIOS using the Flashtool from EVGA's BIOS driver download. The error F4 is resolved and I was right that it was a corrupted BIOS but thank goodness that the switch exists.

It was great that I was able to resume my overclock on my motherboard and now I really appreciate the engineers at EVGA for their triple BIOS switch. Thank you guys for the help.
