So I just upgraded to a 8700k and I paired it with the FTW MB. I didn't even see this feature until I bought it, but the idea of adding a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth capabilities is enticing. My question is: Does anyone have an recommendations/links for a good adapter to go there? I just want to make sure I get something good that will work. I use Wi-Fi when I go back to school and I would rather have Wi-Fi internally instead of sticking a USB adapter in. M.2 is new to me because my last MB/CPU was a Z97/4790K respectively.

Also, a side note if anyone feels like chiming in on this: I OC the 8700K to 5.0Ghz @ 1.300 volts. Is that an okay voltage for that clock? Ran the CPU-Z stability test (Temps maxed at 75C w/ EVGA 280 CLC) and played some games. I just upped the multiplier to 50x and just put the voltage to 1.300 in the Bios. (CPU-Z says its actually at ~1.310V)

Thanks in advance!

Check out my PC!

1.3v is good for that clock.

I have a very short list for WiFi.... Intel, Intel, & Intel ;)  Any of the Intel AC 8000 or 9000 series adapters, they range from around 433Mbps on the slow end up to 1.73Gbps in the fast lane....  the 8000 series supports Bluetooth 4.2, while the 9000 series supports Bluetooth 5   https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/wireless/wireless-products.html

Price wise, they're all pretty reasonable with the newest & fastest (AC-9560 - though not widely available) being listed at newegg for $26.76 with shipping within the US https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=14U-0045-001U7   https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/wireless-products/dual-band-wireless-ac-9560-brief.html
