Z20 keyboard hangs | firmware 1.38

when I need to press multiple keys simultaneously for little longer, then sometime keyboard hangs .. i checked on different pc and operating systems.
Like when such thing happens during game .. my player keeps jumping or keeps running ( even if i disconnect and reconnect keyboard then also..!! )
 
during this none other keyworks but mute key works.!
i need to disconnect and reconnect keyboard multiple time like (8-10 times) then keyboard starts again.
 
my z20 firmware is firmware 1.38
polling rate is : 1000
no macro defined.
 
if anything more i need to share.. pls let me know.. but I request to resolve.

    If the keyboard performed normally on the previous firmware version than I would go back to it or whichever version you previously had.  You may need to contact EVGA support for this.

    What is KB plugged into?  Directly into MB back panel, Case USB port, monitor USB port or a Hub?  USB 2.0 or 3.0 ?
     
    Are you using Unleash RGB 1.0.25?
     
    OS?
     
    Tell us some basics about your PC hardware:
     
    How are USB port power is setup? sleep?
     
    Fast Boot off in BIOS?
     
    Fast startup off in OS?
