BIOS 33 for X79 in final testing now, should release really soon if all goes as planned :) (Twitter Jacob EVGA) :D

Test bios 033 (nothing better for overclocking)
Always stable@4800MHz
 

 
But problems are :
- impossible to boot 50x100
- impossible to boot 40x125 quad channel (with 1 ok)
- impossible to boot with memory >1866MHz in manual mode
 
With GSkill memory 2133C9 : impossible to boot manual and if I chose XMP memory 1 --> 933MHz in OS BUT with Avexir 2133C9, manual impossible but with XMP memory 1, it's good... 2133MHz !
