Hello,
After getting my computer running I was surprised to see an orange and red rgb light strip in the bottom left corner of the board. Does anyone know if this is adjustable or able to be turned off? It is right below the I/O cover.

    I have this motherboard too and I can confirm that you cannot disable that strip but luckily it is not overwhelmingly bright so It does not do much to affect the aesthetics of my build.
